He was very responsive through the entire process, ready to answer questions. Mark is deeply knowledgable in all aspects of home buying so having him to double check my ideas or make suggestions was invaluable. Even after closing Mark is continuing to support me on communicating with sellers as I am transferring the home-technology to my account.

Mark had been extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. This was my first home purchase and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Mark was very available in answering all my questions. He was also very detailed and attentive to what I was looking for in a home and found what I consider to be an almost 100% match of what I had in mind. The escrow process was frustrating and the staff there was not the best to work with. But Mark helped bridge communication issues to ensure that the transfer of ownership process went as smoothly as possible. Even after the transaction and him handing me the keys, we walked me through items that I should look out for (like replacing the HVAC filter) so I would be well situated after the move. I appreciated all of Mark's help and would highly recommend him to prospective homebuyers.
